Wetback have implemented an Integrated Management System that is aligned to the international Quality Management System standard, ISO 9001 and is certified by an internationally accredited certification body. Welding is our product and as such, we have incorporated the requirements of ISO 3834, which is the international standard for Quality Requirements for Fusions Welding of Metallic Materials, into the Integrated Management System.

Wetback has developed an in-house welding system, which captures the detail of each and every weld completed by Welders. This enables total transparency and traceability and is accessible to our Customers. Wetback holds hundreds of PQR’s (Procedure Qualification Record) and WPS’s  (Welding Procedure Specification), covering EN  (European Standards) and  ASME  (American Standard of Mechanical Engineers) Codes, for a multitude of materials from carbon and stainless steel to alloys such as Welding Chrome (CrMo) Steel, high temperature low allow steel materials such as 15NI, P9 P11, P22, corrosion resistant steel such as 3CR12 and non-metallic materials such as HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene), Polypropylene and PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride).
